Bicycle Riding for Hobby and Health

I am coming to one year anniversary joining bicycle as my main activity. Basically, I ride once every week, normally around 15 to 30 kilometer per ride. I am more prefer an off road rather a road ride. Doing offroad will be more exciting by avoiding the trees and have to manouever the trail.

And making new friends during any event of cycling.

Some tips for bicycle riding:
1. Must know the bike size as it is very important to your riding.
2. Position during riding as it is very important for your posture.
