Friday Morning Running to UKM on 21 Aug 2020 8:04 am | Running & Walking Activities

 Featuring Rumput & Mimi (they are cats)..

Midday week running - start at the Damai Pesona, Seksyen 3 Bandar Baru Bangi toward the UKM. This will be a short run about 6KM. Okay guys - please enjoy my running video. Running at Putrajaya for 15KM on Sunday, 8:08 am 23 Aug 2020 | Running & Walking Activities

Starting Point: Me & Beena Park, not sure if this is the official name for the place. However, it is located by the lake side at the Dataran Gemilang & Jambatan Seri Gemilang that link toward the PICC. 

From there, I run toward the China-Malaysia Friendship Garden, Putrajaya Monorail Bridge, Masjid Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin. Then straight to the Umai Cafe & McDonald. 

Then I took the Seri Warisan Bridge to the other side of the lake toward the Ayer 8 shops area facing the lake. A very nice view from here where you can see the Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque across the lake. Stunning view. 

Just run straight along side the lake where I meet the Putrajaya Monorail Bridge again, and then will come under the bridge of the Seri Saujana. I ran backward here - just to try the feeling. 

After the Seri Saujana Bridge, at the corner end - located the Perdana Leadership Foundation. Keep on running. Here where the border between Putrajaya & Cyberjaya meet up - and totally a very beautiful lake view. Lots of people are taking a walk, running or cycling along this route. They called it Cyberjaya Lakeside trail. 

Next, the next border between Cyberjaya & Putrajaya - the path is made of black tar road instead of normal cement for running. It laid beneath a good canopy of trees that make my running a relief from the sun. Follow the trail toward the Kompleks Sukan Air Putrajaya. 

Then there will be a man made beach on the left side beside the lake. Go along the Marina Putrajaya complex toward the Heriot-Watt University Malaysia then straight under the Seri Gemilang Bridge, go around the park and run back on the Seri Gemilang Bridge toward the starting point.

Morning Run in the rain at Putrajaya 16 Aug 2020 with Ungku & Meera | Running & Walking

Sunday morning on 16th August 2020 was rain - however we still do our routine Sunday morning run. Today, only me & Farul showed up.. probably since it is raining, not many would turn on. Farul bring his friend Meera to join the run this morning.

We start our run from MASJID TUANKU MIZAN ZAINAL ABIDIN.

We manage to do about 5km since the rain keep on pouring on and off. However, it was a good run.
